- Founder’s Journey
Meet Nilza
As the founder and CEO of AgroEnterprise Mission, Nilza works to strengthen women-led farming, cooperative development and practical agricultural training across African rural communities.
Her work connects sustainable agriculture, water access, bookkeeping skills and community-based production, starting with Guinea-Bissau. Through direct engagement with women farmers, farmer associations and local cooperatives, AgroEnterprise Mission supports rural communities in building more resilient and productive farming systems.
Nilza’s background in agriculture, commodity trading and women’s economic development shapes the organisation’s practical approach to long-term rural growth.

- Our Journey
AgroEnterprise Mission began with a simple belief: when rural communities have water, skills and support, they can grow more than crops. They can build a future.
What motivates us?
We are motivated by the women who feed families, care for the land and keep communities moving. With the right tools, their work can go much further.
Transform Communities
We start in Guinea-Bissau because change is most powerful when it begins close to the people. By supporting women farmers with water, training and cooperative work, we help families produce more and depend less on uncertainty.
Transparent Engagement
Trust matters. That is why we keep partners informed through updates, stories from the field and clear information about how each project is moving forward.
Sustainable Impact
We do not believe in short-term fixes. Our work brings together farming, irrigation, training and local partnerships so that communities can keep growing after each project begins.
Water and Food Security
Without reliable water, farming becomes a struggle. With better access to water and sustainable farming practices, communities can produce more food and protect daily life.
Strategic Collaboration
We cannot do this work alone. We work with local organisations, technical experts, NGOs and public partners to make each project practical, useful and rooted in real needs.
Empowering Impact
For us, impact means seeing women farm with better tools, families with more food and communities with more confidence in what they can build together.
