Women-Led Farming. Stronger Communities.

AgroEnterprise Mission is a social enterprise supporting smallholder women farmers through sustainable agriculture, water access and agribusiness development. Our pilot initiative is active in Guinea-Bissau, working with rural women in Tombali, Quinara and São Paulo.

Invest Beyond Support. Build With Communities.

Our model is based on partnership. Women farmers contribute land and labour, while AgroEnterprise Mission supports seeds, training and farming inputs. The goal is to help communities move from rain-dependent subsistence farming towards more resilient, year-round agricultural production.

  • 2.5 acres currently under cultivation in Quinara
  • 200 acres planned expansion over the next 10 years
  • Affordable food production for local communities
  • Women’s participation through income and ownership
  • Support for local employment and rural livelihoods
  • Improved access to fresh food, water and local growth
  • Environmental care through responsible land and water use

We invite partners and investors to support a practical agricultural model that can create measurable social, economic and environmental value.

Fruit Processing Initiative

Guinea-Bissau has strong local fruit production, but much of its value is lost before it reaches the market. Our partner cooperative network includes more than 8 community-based affiliates, producing over 100 tons of fruit, including mangoes, pineapples, oranges, limes, guavas and cashews.

The challenge is clear: without local fruit processing facilities, farmers have fewer opportunities to add value, increase income and reach wider markets.

Our vision is to establish a small, efficient processing unit that can turn fresh fruit into market-ready products such as juice, pulp and dried fruit. This would add value at the source and create new economic opportunities for local farmers.

  • Untapped Market Potential: Limited local processing infrastructure creates an opportunity to develop value-added fruit production in Guinea-Bissau.

  • Community Impact: More than 8 community-based affiliates could benefit from stronger markets, better income opportunities and rural development.

  • Scalable Growth: Once established, the processing unit can expand, diversify products and reach regional markets.

  • Social and Economic Value: The initiative can support farmers’ incomes, local entrepreneurship and food security.

We are seeking a strategic partner to finance the mechanisation and establishment of this processing unit. This support would help purchase equipment, train local workers and build a more reliable supply chain.

By investing in local processing, partners can help unlock Guinea-Bissau’s agricultural potential while supporting communities, farmers and a socially responsible business model.

Together, we can turn local fruit production into lasting economic value.
