Hi, I'm Nilza!
As the CEO of AgroEnterprise Mission, a pioneering organization dedicated to mentoring and training women and girls in sustainable commercial farming and bookkeeping for economic empowerment and self-reliance, I am deeply committed to catalyzing profound transformation in African communities through sustainable agriculture and clean water initiatives.
Driven by a profound desire to empower underprivileged individuals, especially women in rural African communities, I founded AgroEnterprise Mission to directly engage with women farmers, farmer associations, cooperatives, and individuals in Africa, starting with Guinea Bissau. Through this initiative, I aim to enhance living standards, elevate quality of life, and foster sustainable development in the region.
My journey in the realms of agriculture, commodity trading, and women’s empowerment underscores my unwavering commitment to driving positive change and fostering inclusive growth in Africa.

Inadequate facilities and water-borne diseases claim lives every day. Water irrigation drip systems are our solution, providing a consistent and clean water supply, while sustainable farming addresses the critical issues of food scarcity.
