Community Programmes:
Investing Profits in People

The profits from our commercial export business fund a range of community development programmes across Africa. These programmes share one goal: helping women and their communities build genuine financial independence so they no longer need outside support.

Who Benefits

Approximately 80% of community programme beneficiaries are women. The remaining 20% are young men and other community members.

Why Women

When a woman gains financial literacy, a skill and a small business, the whole family benefits. The whole community benefits. That is why women are at the centre of everything we do β€” without excluding others.

What We Fund
πŸ’°
Financial Literacy Training
Women learn how to manage money, save effectively and understand basic business finance.
πŸͺ
Small Business Training
Practical skills in how to start, run and grow a local business.
πŸ“
Poultry Farming
Women manage the birds, sell locally and keep the income.
🐟
Fish Ponds
Community-managed fish production. Women sell locally. It is their income.
πŸ₯
Fruit Drying and Packaging
Women dry, package and sell fruit products locally β€” turning a wasted resource into a business.
AgroEnterprise Mission funds the programmes. The women own the results.
