Empowering Women, Growing Communities
AgroEnterprise Mission is a social enterprise dedicated to empowering smallholder women farmers across Africa through sustainable farming, clean water access, and agribusiness development. Our pilot initiative is currently active in Guinea-Bissau, working with rural women in Tombali, Quinara, and São Paulo regions.

Operating through a partnership model, women farmers contribute land and labor, while we provide seeds, training, and farming inputs. Our goal: transition from rain-dependent subsistence farming to year-round, climate-resilient commercial agriculture.
- Impact at a Glance
- 2.5 acres currently under cultivation in Quinara
- 200 acres planned expansion over the next 10 years
- High-quality, low-cost food for local communities
- Women’s empowerment through income and ownership
- Reduced unemployment and poverty
- Improved access to fresh food, clean water, and local economic growth
- Environmental sustainability through smart land and water use
We invite partners and investors to support this transformative mission—unlocking agricultural potential while creating measurable social, economic, and environmental returns.

Fruit Processing Initiative
We are on a mission to transform local fruit production into sustainable economic growth for Guinea-Bissau. Currently, our partners Co-operative encompasses over 8 community-based affiliates, collectively producing more than 100 tons of high-quality fruits—including mangoes, pineapples, oranges, limes, guavas, and cashews.
However, despite this abundance, there is a critical gap: no existing fruit processing facilities in Guinea-Bissau. This limits value addition, reduces farmers’ income, and hampers the country’s potential to export processed fruit products.
Our vision is to establish a small but efficient processing unit that will enable us to turn fresh fruits into market-ready products—juice, pulp, dried fruits, and more—adding value at the source and creating new economic opportunities for local farmers.

- Why Invest?
Untapped Market Potential: With no existing processing infrastructure, we have a first-mover advantage in developing a local processing industry.
- Community Impact: Empower over 8 community cooperatives, boosting rural livelihoods and supporting sustainable development.
- Scalable Growth: Once established, the processing unit can expand, diversify product lines, and access regional markets.
- Social and Economic Benefits: Improve farmers’ incomes, foster local entrepreneurship, and contribute to food security.
- What We Need:
We are seeking a strategic partner to finance the mechanization and establishment of this vital processing unit. Your investment will enable the us to purchase equipment, train local workers, and create a sustainable supply chain.
Join us in unlocking Guinea-Bissau’s agricultural potential, empowering local communities, and building a profitable, socially responsible business.
Together, we can turn raw fruits into economic success stories.
